Purchased my first car here. Evan and Alan were super kind and helpful. As my primary sales associate, Evan is quick and eager to help. Alan is from the Honda side, but provided some extra insights and aided in smoother communication for my native Chinese-speaking mother. Both of them were great, amiable fellows.
I saw a car I was interested in on autotrader and did a cold call to the dealership. Reception was good, and I was quickly with a sales rep. We looked at and test drove the car shortly afterward. The car was very nice and I wanted to buy it. But we just couldn't get to a win / win price. Admittedly, I was coming in a fair bit lower than the listed asking price.
