Very accommodating and excellent service
I just bought a car from Acura Downtown and it was a great experience from start to finish they went above and beyond to locate my car as 2026 inventory is dwindling down to make room for the 2027 cars. If you go make sure to ask for Evan he is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Also thanks Nina for all the help as well.
Pathetic service. The parts department close before the closing hours. They have no internal communication. And the person from parts whom I spoke with was extremely unfriendly and super rude. Acura team, you need to check what kind of staff you’re hiring. Absolutely disgusted!!!
Had such a great experience at this dealership! Everyone was nice and professional. Got great help from Evan Benjamin helping me with my trade. Ilya Zalessky gave me a great tour of the car, and Rick Wong gave me great value for the trade and made the whole experience great. Thank you to everyone!
I got some parts n amazing service by "CHRIS" He double checked parts with diagram first experience this kind of service in canada for 30yrs Thanks CHRIS
