Pathetic service. The parts department close before the closing hours. They have no internal communication. And the person from parts whom I spoke with was extremely unfriendly and super rude. Acura team, you need to check what kind of staff you’re hiring. Absolutely disgusted!!!

I got some parts n amazing service by "CHRIS" He double checked parts with diagram first experience this kind of service in canada for 30yrs Thanks CHRIS
They booked my appointment and confirm the availability of car I travelled all the way for 2 hours and upon arrival they said it’s not available and car is sold. They said u called at our helpline whereas I called at the showroom number and chalked to the sale representative. V poor experience
