We are disappointed with the service experience. Our Acura ILX was brought in for an insurance claim after an attempted theft and vandalism, including a broken key cylinder, drained battery, and key reprogramming. When we picked up the car, one of the two keys was not working and we had to follow up to have it fixed. The dashcam was also unplugged during the repair and not properly reconnected.
