SCAM SCAM SCAM.. Despite charging me $250 for the vehicle inspection, they still added an extra $38 for the gloves they used during the inspection. What a joke—shame on you.
I got my car from Jackie Chen and I’m honestly really satisfied with his service! From the start, he was super friendly and made the whole purchasing process easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly. It felt more like getting help from a friend than dealing with a salesperson. If you’re looking to buy a car, and this is our 3th Acura I bought I definitely recommend him!
Had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my first new car with Acura Saskatoon. The entire team went above and beyond to make it happen for me, despite the fact that I am living in a different city. Kyle managed to set up a ride for me to get there, take a look at the car and set me up well to take it home later that day, and Amar was a key part in making the entire thing possible. Sadly our hope and promise for the service department has been met with huge disappointment and frustration. We have had problem after problem with the service department. Seems like nobody actually knows what is going on and they don’t communicate to each other. We waited over 7 weeks for a new windshield and when we finally received a call back ….
