Great service team at the Acura Center. Very professional and deliver a high quality product.
Told me they would be done in an hour and a half, took 3 hours instead. Didn't give me any updates or I would've left and come back. Said to wait another 20mins after the 3rd hour.
I recently purchased a 2023 CRV and, while I generally do not leave reviews, I decided to this time around as the experience was phenomenal. Was quoted $350 for a new key fob then turnout to be over $800 at the end! Mostly because then locked themselves out of the car and had to break into it and then billed me for their mistake! This dealership if full of incompetent workers. Go buy cars somewhere else
