I would have given only 1 star if not for Service Advisor Shonda! This place will leave you locked out of your car and the service center even before their publicly noted closing time. I came in at 4:30 PM for an oil change and spark plug replacement, and while they tell you they close at 6:00 PM, they lock their doors way earlier. I get there before 6 to find myself locked out of the service center and my car. My initial advisor, DJ, was no way to be seen even though he was texting me not long before.
