I would have given only 1 star if not for Service Advisor Shonda! This place will leave you locked out of your car and the service center even before their publicly noted closing time. I came in at 4:30 PM for an oil change and spark plug replacement, and while they tell you they close at 6:00 PM, they lock their doors way earlier. I get there before 6 to find myself locked out of the service center and my car. My initial advisor, DJ, was no way to be seen even though he was texting me not long before. Schedule for an oil change for Saturday and only appointment available is 4pm. Got a call from the dealer service department asked to bring the vehicle in earlier cause they close at 5pm. Got the vehicle there at 3:15pm asked to wait and got helped 15 minutes later. It is 5:27pm and the vehicle is still NOT available yet. 2 hours for an oil change is a bit long… Not happy!!!!
