I went to the Acura dealership in Henrietta . I met Bradley. He was an awesome salesman. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, he explained everything to me about the MDX. I purchased the MDX with all the bells and whistles. When I picked up the new car it was shiny clean and had a big red bow on it! Simply beautiful! I will never buy a car from this dealership again. When I bought my new RDX in 2024, I purchased a car maintenance package worth several thousand dollars. The salesperson told me that all the basic maintenance I could think of would be free. When I went to change the oil for the first time at 5,000 miles, the staff said I needed to fix this and that and would have to pay several hundred dollars.
