I took the car in for two minor issues. One with rear brakes and the other with the A/C not blowing cold on the passenger side. The brake issue was easily fixed. I was told the A/C was fixed by topping off the refrigerant. However, it's not fixed and still blows warm out the passenger vent once the vehicle has been driven more than 10 minutes. I diagnosed the issue. A vent was not functioning properly so l ordered the part off Rock Auto and did the repair myself.

if I could give zero stars I would. Not sure why I got told to drop off my car and put my key in the lockbox. There is absolutely no dropbox. An absolute waste of time!
The old saying is true. "You can't trust a used car salesman". Bought a used RDX it was advertised as having "NEW" tires. Took it in for routine maintenance and was notified that one of the tires has a DOT code from 2017 one was from 2023 and 2 from 2024. Tried to get management to replace at leat the 2 oldest tires. They basically said I was SOL even when presented with the sales add that clearly stated "NEW" tires. I was also not given the aftermarket remote start key fob.
