Brought my car in for maintenance. My service advisor Brendan promptly greeted me and logged my concerns. Called me to inform me that my car was ready- on time. Answered all my questions and shared some possible service I might need to consider at my next appointment. Excellent service and excellent customer care.

I am so disappointed in my experience here. We usually go to the other Acura dealer, but they couldn't get us in, so we tried this one. We have lost a key fob and were looking to replace it. While there, we asked them to also check the sensors on our car. Since we've been in an accident, they just didn't seem to be working correctly. Jorge, our advisor, suggested the work would be expensive. We said we understood, but felt the need to get an extra key was worth looking into it.
