At first, I actually mistakenly booked the wrong date online, and after reaching out in a small panic lol, Marina reached back out through text and accomodated me with such ease within the hour. Came here twice to see Marina for neck pain. After the first time I did feel better so booked for a second appointment. During the second appointment the electric stimulation was causing my shoulder to twitch a lot, but she told me it was fine. By the next day my shoulder was twitching a lot by itself and I had a hard time sleeping. I was also getting tingling sensation down my arm. Greatest acupuncture, environment, service, practitioners. Laryssa was my practioner today. She was extremely knowledgeable about both western and eastern medicine, and was thoughtful and purposeful with the treatment choices. She discussed her thinking, gave suggestions about diet and posture, as well as exercise and meditation. This was delivered in a gentle, non pressuring way. I was treated by Marina at Williamsburg location. After I sprained my ankle I decided to try acupuncture to help with bruising, swelling, and pain. The results were fascinating! The bruising and swelling almost went away!!! I am very very satisfied with the treatment! Marina is very knowledgeable, experienced and has an amazing energy! Will definitely be back!!Β
