Ally is first and foremost a skilled, wise and effective practitioner. She has helped me with everything from sleep to back pain to GI issues --always with positive results. She is also a lovely human who truly cares about her patients. I'm so grateful for her expertise and care. If I could give her 10 stars I would! :)

Ally is incredible. It turns out I don't even like acupuncture, but I went every week for several months until I moved away because she's just that good. She listens, she understands, she cares, and I could really feel the difference after being there. I recommended several friends to Ally and they all loved working with her too. Ally is a thoughtful and dynamic provider. She takes the time to understand the factors affecting overall health: Physical, mental stress, habits, digestion, female cycles etc. to best align her tailored approach to acupuncture and other helpful modalities (moxi, cupping etc.).
