This clinic is always busy with many patients whenever I go. As a result, conversations are kept to a minimum and focus only on what's necessary for treatment. The doctor's tone might come off as a bit brusque, but it’s just his way of speaking. With his extensive experience, he quickly identifies and addresses the problem areas.
