I’ve been struggling with chronic pain/fatigue, depression and other symptoms for years. While doctors are still trying to figure out what’s causing all of this, I’ve been unable to work. I tried physiotherapy and massage therapy, which helped a little, but when I went to Lily for acupuncture treatments, I finally began to feel some real, immediate relief. I’m so grateful for her help as I went from spending nearly every day in bed to being able to live somewhat of a normal life again.
I started seeing Lily for anxiety and stress, and she has been absolutely amazing. From the first session, she created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere that I instantly felt at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. After just a few sessions, I noticed a big improvement in my anxiety levels, sleep, and overall well-being. I always leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and recharged. I’m so grateful to have found her — she’s truly exceptional at what she does and I highly recommend her.

J'ai eu des traitements par Mme Zhi pour mes problèmes de vertèbres cervicales. Elle est bien expérimentée et compétente, a réussi à soulager les problèmes rapidement avec ses aiguilles. Je la recommande fortement.
The doctor is excellent and knowledgeable. I have a pain in my back and right leg. After the acupuncture of her, the symptoms are relieved immediately and the acupuncture really works. I think she is the best.
