I took my computer into Daniel and he told me my motherboard was burnt due to being thru too many hard shut downs. I paid him $65 for a “diagnosis”. And he quoted my $365.00 to fix it. I brought it home and opened it up and found he had taken my hard drive out it!!! Hard drive is GONE!!! A company could not be more unprofessional to the point of criminal!! I will be contacting my attorney!!!
Went in there some time ago for a few questions and they were rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Seek help anywhere but here.
Mark and Chris did and excellent job of building me a new afordable gaming computer. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend brought a laptop in a good while back (almost forgot to write the review) for a keyboard replacement job. -They were rude to her throughout the extremely unpleasant process. -It took them SIX months, an entire semester and a half without the laptop she depended on for school. -They lost her Laptop charger, and refused to make that right.
