Sent my laptop in to get the screen replaced, it took twice as long as they quoted me, and when I went to pick it up, there was a screw that had somehow ended up in the cooling fan, and they sent my charger with another customer, and I had to wait 2 more weeks to get a new charger.
They helped my business with my computers. They did a great job. They were very friendly and helpful.
