Acupressure and Trigger Point Therapy

I had a knot in my shoulder blade and upper back for years that the great acupressure and hands on therapy really helped get rid of in one session. Dr. Mick is my acupuncturist and natural medicine doctor but he also provides some great hands-on therapies like acupressure massage and the trigger point muscle tension release work. I find his work to be superior.

As an avid runner and fitness fanatic, I need this type of deep muscle therapy that Dr. Mick provides. He is able to get my flexibility where it needs to be and I am able to recover from long runs and workouts so much easier with his help. I've seen him for dry needling, cold laser and nutrition help too, nut his muscle therapy techniques are beyond what you get from a massage therapist. Love the graston and cupping!

I appreciate that the doctor does a lot of hands-on work to get my muscles loosed up and the knots worked out with acupressure and trigger point massage techniques. That cupping technique was new for me but I found it super helpful. Dr. Mick stretched out the muscles and got them warmed up before and after he did the acupuncture. I never had that kind of extensive work done by any other acupuncturist in town. He takes the time and took the care to get me better. Quality care.

Deep tissue trigger point and acupressure work by Dr. Mick got me out of pain and worked out the knots and tightness I've had in my muscles for years. I like the addition of the cold laser, infrared heat and cupping therapy that he incorporates into his muscle therapy work. Gets the job done when you need to be out of pain fast.
