Well, let me just say that I have been going to Acupet for the last five years . They are not my only vet that I go to, as I have a few vets that I use for different things. Anyway, when I originally made the appointment that I had today to my surprise, the tech was not clear, and didn’t explain things fully as to what she made my dogs appointment for vs what I made it for which led to a ton of confusion for me. First they tell you what the bill is without knowing what they did. Way overprices and the worst part is 2 times now we had to wait for blood results and 2 times they never called . We had to call. Very unprofessional . Not going back.
