I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I was explicitly assured—especially by Chris—that my valuation would be delivered within one to two days. I paid an additional fee to expedite it. Yet, more than five days have passed without any delivery. I had a very good experience with Acumentis. They understood the brief and discussed their findings and methodology which I agreed with.
I strongly advise against using this company. They undervalue properties by as much as $50,000, are slow to respond and display a level of arrogance that is truly frustrating. Their valuations are baseless, and even when the issue was escalated to Philip, the Director, he was equally defiant and incapable of justifying their significant undervaluation. If negative stars could be given, this would apply to the Acumentis experience.
