Georgina came to value my property and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was impolite, unpleasant and lacked basic courtesy when entering my home and interacting with me. I strongly advise against using this company after this disappointing display of behaviour.

I have no faith that the valuer assigned to our valuation had completed the valuation correctly. Valuation report was incorrect with even the most basic information that we had to spend three weeks trying to get get corrected. Only after demanding our valuation fee back was our emails and phone calls answered

Absolutely shocking experience with Acumentis. Total lack of communication and we ended up terminating our contract with them and still experienced over a week before we received a response. We requested a refund and after much back and forth they actually agreed on a partial refund because they clearly realised how poor their service was to us.
