I would give zero stars if allowed. Zero urgency. Zero concern for customer service. Zero accountability. Incompetent and condescending. Rude rude rude. Never any straight forward answers. Takes MONTHS to process a single form, and lies about lost paperwork and never receiving it.
Worst company EVER..(Acumen) took the case over for public partnerships witch was a great company never had a problem that couldn't be solved..Now here with Acumen I haven't gotten payed in 2 months..24 hr customer service can't do anything they have no answers to anything plus the only way to talk to an agent most of the time is thru a appointment..ok the appointment happens and they tell you all your papers are in your ID your passport.
