I have a cancer patent that has stage 4 lung cancer on the vdc program. We had to pay thousands out of pocket because of missed paperwork. We are trying to hire a new caregiver. I have called 4 days in a roll and emailed. no response. They only start new employees on the 1st and 16th. So I will be out of pocket for another 2 weeks pay for the caregiver because they cant do their job. We pay them a lot of money and they do nothing.
Extremely disappointed with our experience with Acumen. We have dealt with repeated payroll issues that have caused unnecessary stress and hardship for employees. In our most recent experience, Acumen admitted to making a clerical error that resulted in payroll being sent to the wrong bank account.
