Estoy súper agradecida con la atención que Sandra Cervera(Acumen Fiscal Agent es Un ángel me ayudó y me resolvió el problema que muchos agentes ponían una historia diferente. I recently worked with Acumen Agent Afshan Haque. She was very helpful getting me set up for self-directed care for my son. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. She stayed with me on the phone, while I filled out the enrollment form and answered all questions step by step. I would be lost without her help, she made it so simple. I am still going thru the process, but so far, she has been very helpful.. Thank you Afshan.
