If I could leave 0 I would! Buying a home in an HOA the HOA has to go through escrow. After two weeks without payment the HOA contacted my husband asking for funds. Acuity titles response "ma'am we can't control the mail, if the check isnt cashed by next week we will issue a new one." Then they decide randomly they will over night the check, still never received! My husband had to drive to Acuity Title pick up THEIR check to HOA and then deliver it himself to the HOA office.
