I have been Ossenia’s client since 2022, and I really cannot recommend her enough. She has helped me a lot with managing my anxiety over the years. Among the therapists I’ve worked with, I’ve found her approach to be especially structured, practical, and effective. Ossenia has been my therapist since 2018/2019, and I’m so thankful for her. When I first started, my anxiety and depression were overwhelming—I couldn’t even do basic things like drive. She’s helped me grow so much. She listens without judgment, gives practical exercises and coping tools, and really helps you understand yourself and your triggers. I’ve come such a long way because of her. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
I greatly commend Ossenia Jeff on her strength, intelligence, and compassion. I've never expected to experience so much peace in my stressful life than I have working with her. She doesn't judge and allows for an extremely safe place to come as you are. She also provides such great examples and recommendations on how I can keep bettering myself. I still remember from one of our very first sessions together, you said, "Therapy is not for the broken, it's for those wanting to get better".
Ossenia is an amazing therapist! She is very nice, empathetic and caring. She has help me out tremendously in understanding my thoughts and feelings when I was going through very rough times in my life. Highly recommend!
Ossenia is unprofessional, rude, bigoted, and incapable of the most basic empathy. She easily loses temper during sessions. I do not recommend.
