My mother was transferred to Acuity Hospital after a bad accident that had placed on a ventilator. The staff there was very knowledgeable and extremely caring. I really appreciate the fact that we could stay with her during her hospitalization. Thank you for every you did for her.
This facility transferred a patient without family consent. My father was transferred last night and we were not informed. We did not find out until my mother walked into his empty room the following morning. The case manager was specifically told numerous times not to transfer to him out. For whatever reason he felt he no longer wanted my father at Acuity.
