Unlike Kyle Vision on I-35 South Frontage Rd., Acuity staff, while very kind and polite, tend to take a very long time to assist you. They push heavily for lens upgrades which cost a fortune. Because they were polite, my wife and I decided to stick with them last year. After being with Acuity for over a year, I was greatly disappointed with their sudden change in pricing. New to the area. Upon calling to inquire if this office accepts Medicaid. I immediately picked up that the woman who answered had a rude attitude and answered no with a tone of disgust.
My wife recommended me their services for eye care. The doc is great, she is very professional and generous. The front staff and the ladies that help you choose your glasses are also awesome. I have been only here 2x but so far the experience has been really good. I had swapped jobs so my insurance changed from vsp to eyemed and eyemed is terrible for any add ons to your glasses so obviously my glasses were more expensive this time even though they were same ones from last time but that's the only caveat.
