Agreed to fix my glasses only to show up and they refused to fix my glasses because they were a brand they decided to no longer support.
Absolutely love Dr K and everyone at acuity eyecare. I have a.... complicated eye condition. Dr K and her staff worked tirelessly with me for years to get into a protocol and lenses that worked for best for me. They improved my quality of life and vision like no other doctor before. I am eternally grateful to everyone there.
The entire staff here is wonderful! Dr. Kekahuna is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend!
I had a really good experience, everyone was super friendly and welcoming! They were also very informative on my vision health, I would recommend to anyone!
The prescription did not fit my eyes. Now they want to charge me for a re-exam. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will not go back. They seem to be more concerned about doing surgery than examining eyes for sight.
