Great service, all the staff were kind, answered all my questions and very helpful.
I recently took my 5-year-old daughter to Acuity Eyecare in Kyle, and I was blown away by the exceptional service we received! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made my little one feel completely at ease. They explained everything in a way she could understand, making the experience fun and stress-free! The best place ever from the front staff to the doctor very professional I highly recommend
I suddenly woke up with blurriness in one eye which persisted. A couple of weeks later I visited Acuity where I was told I had a permanent, incurable eye condition with all the sympathy and care of someone at McDonalds telling you the ice cream machine was out of order. I was offered no prescriptions, no treatment options and was also told I was []direct quote] "picky" with my eyesight. I returned home to look in the mirror and not be able to make out my own face. This experience was basically an expensive pitch for unnecessary lenses, over $1,000.00 that insurance won't cover, not including frames! You will be given a bunch of tests, then assured the neurolenses will fix the problem. I was told they would fix the headaches I get from eye strain. I have never had a headache from eye strain. I never get headaches at all. The Dr said it would help me read small print, which I have never had a problem with.
