Unprofessional. I was told 3 months ago that the procedure would be provided free of cost; I asked Stephanie Cubias (Dr. Zarrin’s assistant) and my previous appointments if there would be any charge with my treatment and was told no. When I arrived at the office in Arcadia I was suddenly told I need to pay a ridiculous amount and that the other offices “don’t know” since apparently they all have a “different system”.
