Unprofessional. I was told 3 months ago that the procedure would be provided free of cost; I asked Stephanie Cubias (Dr. Zarrin’s assistant) and my previous appointments if there would be any charge with my treatment and was told no. When I arrived at the office I was suddenly told I need to pay a ridiculous amount and that the other offices “don’t know” since apparently they all have a “different system”. Yesterday I went in to get my new pair of glasses I would just like to say thank you very much to the Manager Gilmar thank you for having great customer service and having patience with your customers I wish there were more like you thank you again.
