My "rating of your group would be higher". In more than 5 years, I have never known of anyone who is seeking of an eye specialist. That's why I rate low because I never know of others. I believe Acuity would be better off if you ask your client: "How would you rate the Acurity Group?"[Give levels of ratings.] By far, that's a better way of your client judging you directly and not based on potential client.
Professional and personable, my appointment was 8;15am, I was seen immediately, I felt they asked all the right questions and answered all my concerns. I thank the staff and Dr. Todd Kalsch for the exceptional service.
Allison in the Optical Dept. was very honest and helpful when I was picking out glasses!
