I will not be going back to Acuity. I moved to the valley in late 2025. I wanted to have all my eye specialists in one office after having three different locations at my former location. My first appointment for and eye exam and new glasses was horrible. I have extenuating circumstances (retinal scar and floaters), and I felt like Dr. Kelsch did not listen and was just rushing me so as to get to the next patient. This is the crowded welfare medical place where everyone is treated as poor and subsidize. You will have to wait for too long and get up and down to move through seven different rooms during the duration of what should have been a normal eye exam. Personally I suffer from arthritis and I couldn't imagine being a person on a scooter trying to do anything there. An unorganized place that is overly crowded, very messy and dirty.
