I was extremely surprised by the abrupt nature of the doctor. She walked in, said "hi", and turned to her computer. I have never had an appointment with a doctor (particularly on an initial visit) who failed to introduce him/herself and offer a general courteous greeting such as Hello, it is not to meet you. The office is like a mill, you can see patients receiving the initial exam, having dye injections, ten feet away from you in an open doorway.
