After calling over 15 ophthalmologists in the Long Beach area to get an appointment with appointment available more than five weeks out or no return phone calls. I spoke to the staff at acuity eye center and they were extremely helpful in getting my referral changed to them and scheduling me within a few days. The follow up has been impeccable and it is a joy to run across a doctor’s office that runs so well and people are so pleasant and helpful. Pretty polite and efficient.
The staff is always professional and very considerate. And Dr. Lewis, besides having an excellent bedside manner, very professional demeanor and up-to-date knowledge about my illness (in this case glaucoma), is always very pleasant to deal with, always very warm and genuine in her dealings. Of course it doesn’t hurt that she is so attractive.
