So far, the staff is ignoring me. Heads are down. Even though I stood at the front desk window. I asked optical if the Dr. is in. She told me to sign in at front. I already did. Not impressed so far. Dr. Sholly was really nice, and professional. Her assistant was proficient too. They would have gotten 5 stars. The women at the front were still cold and oddly unwelcoming. Even as I was checking out. Retraining might be in order for them.
