Everyone very knowledgeable
No clue how this place gets so many good reviews. Been going here for a few years and the waits times are awful. No respect for the patients. Standing room only in the waiting room should be an indication. I think doctors that do this are focused on income and I have other doctors that really care about their patients. Not one other of my doctors let’s me wait more than 15 minutes and truly care and take the time with me, just need to weed them out and find the best ones. Don’t tolerate this behavior. Definitely switching.
They overbooked appointments, I been there twice with appointment and the wait time was more than 2:30 hours, not enough chairs for patients to sit and wait
I have always been happy with my eye care here. Dr Renner is thorough with her exams and always answers any questions I may have. I would highly recommend her.
