The nurses, the female ophthalmologist, and the optician were all very kind, and the modern facilities made the experience very convenient. However, it was a bit disappointing to have such a long wait for the next step of the appointment. I ordered multifocal glasses and sunglasses; although the wait is a bit long and makes me somewhat impatient, I am looking forward to receiving a high-quality product that fits me perfectly.
Worst wait times ever. Doctor was late. Wife had appointment at 2:40 didn't get seen until 4. Find any other place.
2.5 hours for a check up; workflow bottlenecks have to be dealt with.
