I’ve been going to this clinic for a while, but recently I had an urgent eye issue and tried to get an emergency appointment I explained how serious my symptoms were, and no one ever called me back. No appointment, no follow-up, nothing. That’s unacceptable when it comes to health, especially vision. The staff is just weird. The service is disorganized and unprofessional. Took my five year old there because he needed glasses. The doctor took his measurements and said she couldn’t get them “accurately” and instead to take him to Radys because theyre specialized in children, however she said we should still take the glasses until we got an appointment with them, she FAILED to mention that medi-cal would not cover two eye appointments or prescription so we had to pay out of pocket for his appointment at Radys. I don’t understand why she would still prescribe the glasses and use the medi-cal. See... read more
