We filled out the paperwork and showed proof of insurance. Twice now the insurance has not been filed and they sent my minor daughter to collections (I have had two conversations with the billing department and one with the office staff). Nothing seems to get taken care of as promised.

RecommendedThe staff is really nice and do their jobs well. However, they are always running late. I had a 10:30 appointment and am still here. I realize there are progressive steps in the exam but I’ve never had to wait this long in other offices. I have a 12:30 appointment which I’m concerned I won’t make. 😕
