We had a good overall experience with their providers working on social skills with my son. We started off in home then moved to in clinic. There was a change in insurance billing and although it took a bit to get it sorted out the back office folks came through and resolved it. It’s nice that they have seasonal events for Halloween and Easter, for example, tailored to address the needs of kids with different abilities. I would recommend them.

As someone who worked there. I had a really bad experiences. The first time I was Assigned the case I was sent out to a case without A mediator or knowing any history of the child Or having a supervisor there To introduce the family and I. I felt like I was set up to fail. Based on my observations, their communication style is dishonestly. Recently The BC BA assigned to the case had issues, keeping it professional.
