I have built multiple gaming pcs over the years and never had any problems, until this last one. I could not get it to turn on for the life of me! I was several days deep into troubleshooting before I threw in the towel. John was able to diagnose my issue and give me advice within a few hours of having my system. He kept in contact, was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I cannot thank him enough for helping me with my PC. ACTX is the way to go for PC repair!
My son built a gaming computer and we could not figure out why it was not turning on. I called John and scheduled an appointment. He was able to get it working the same day! He is so kind and very responsive. He also kept me updated throughout the process and encouraged my son to not get discouraged and to keep on building. He is a great guy! We will continue to use him in the future.
Took me in w/o an appointment, sorted out my OS problem in 20 minutes while I waited and best of all...DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME!
This is a family business, meeting the owner was such a pleasure and he was so welcoming. He stated this was his hobby. He fixed my computer and faster then expected recovering all my files and transfering them onto the new hard drive. And did it for less then expected. Thank you so much
