I travel and have been to a lot of different shops all over the country and abroad. Good shops are rare and this is one of the good ones. Brought my truck here today for the first time and so glad that I did. I didn't need an appointment and they pulled my truck into the bay before I could finish filling out a short and easy intake form. Carlos and Dave were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Just happened to find them on Google. Called got a quote, & took in my truck shortly after. Lobby area is very clean, smells nice, they even had complimentary snacks & drinks. Carols who is not only the mechanic but owner was absolutely inviting, knowledgeable, & honest. Im so greatful to have found his shop and will definitely be doing future business with him.

Went in today off of a recommendation from a friend and a Google search. I’m so used to being taken advantage of at auto shops and not getting great work done, but that was definitely not the case @ Actual automotive repair! Carlos and his team were fabulous, fair, honest, and very humble. Getting done what I had done would’ve cost me double somewhere else. You have to check out this mechanic shop! Carlos and his team will take great care of you. They are extremely professional, friendly, and honest, which is one of the most important things when it comes to auto shops. They’ll tell you exactly what you need and won’t try to sell you things you don’t. I’ve personally had an oil change done there and replaced all four of my tires, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommend giving them a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

The guys are great at this place. I got there 20 minutes early for an oil change and tire rotation and they had my car on the rack within 5 minutes and they were done in less than an hour. They beat the other prices from the local dealerships by $30-40. I will definitely go back there again. Shoutout to David Torres for setting everything up for me and Carlos is a super nice guy and answered all of my questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
