I truly believe that God led me to this business for a reason. I was beginning to worry that there wouldn’t be any shops open due to Labor Day weekend, but the doors here at Actual Automotive Repair were open & nothing is just by coincidence. The owner Carlos was very down to earth & helped get my A/C going again in a very timely manner. Would not recommend. Good with an oil change, not with anything else. A good mechanic is a humble one, admitting when they're right about something, but also when they're wrong. Same with life in general. I wish Carlos and his crew the best, but they'll never touch my vehicle again.
Absolutely knowledgeable staff and management. An experience so good, I almost want something wrong with my car so I can go back. More than fair price and timeliness. I will be recommending their services to others.
I had contacted Carlos and spoke with him directly about the issue I was having with my transmission leak. He was quickly able to diagnose where the leak was coming from. He was even able to give an accurate estimate of the repairs that needed to made to fix the leak. I will continue to come here for all my vehicles needs. I do highly recommend this place everyone. Over 30+ years of experience.
Very nice ppl and they can answer any questions you may have, they can do customization on your vehicle, exhaust, tunes, etc, and if you have a part that you dont know how to install/dont want to mess up they can install it for you and they have great/reasonable price
