You have to check out this mechanic shop! Carlos and his team will take great care of you. They are extremely professional, friendly, and honest, which is one of the most important things when it comes to auto shops. They’ll tell you exactly what you need and won’t try to sell you things you don’t. I’ve personally had an oil change done there and replaced all four of my tires, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommend giving them a visit, you won’t be disappointed!
I truly believe that God led me to this business for a reason. I was beginning to worry that there wouldn’t be any shops open due to Labor Day weekend, but the doors here at Actual Automotive Repair were open & nothing is just by coincidence. Went in today off of a recommendation from a friend and a Google search. I’m so used to being taken advantage of at auto shops and not getting great work done, but that was definitely not the case @ Actual automotive repair! The guys are great at this place. I got there 20 minutes early for an oil change and tire rotation and they had my car on the rack within 5 minutes and they were done in less than an hour. They beat the other prices from the local dealerships by $30-40. I will definitely go back there again. Shoutout to David Torres for setting everything up for me and Carlos is a super nice guy and answered all of my questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Would not recommend. Good with an oil change, not with anything else. A good mechanic is a humble one, admitting when they're right about something, but also when they're wrong. Same with life in general. I wish Carlos and his crew the best, but they'll never touch my vehicle again.
