Dudley and Cody arrived when I was told they would. They checked everything, figured out why my washer was emptying into the shower on the other end of the house, and had the line cleared and the water flowing into the right places within the hour. They both wore shoe coverings in my house, and were extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. Will DEFINITELY call them again! This company is deceitful and will not uphold their warranty. They caused more damage than was initially an issue. I may be going to court with them if they don't get the act right on.
