I was told ACTS do not lend for move in ready properties but they have videos advertising move in ready properties.
I’m ’m so disappointed in. I paid to receive a copy of my credit report but during my one on one with one of their counselors they informed me that they could not locate record of my payment nor did they have record of me attending orientation. I had to pull up my bank statement to prove that I paid for my credit report to be pulled. They then over booked and tried to say they had no record of our appointment.
