We very recently purchased a 2027 all wheel drive Prius. Ken White, our salesman was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I went to the service department yesterday with a scheduled appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment, expecting what should have been a relatively straightforward service visit. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating.
