Horrible new management by Winn Companies, this is what our kitchen looks like after they left for the weekend 🤬 reached out to Allison (office lady) she said they’d be back on Monday, they never came back and Allison Mullins doesn’t answer my emails anymore. Stay away, new management doesn’t care about their renters. And new rule: no grills, yeah, no damn grill, every townhouse has their own little space but we can’t have grills anymore
We have been living in Acton Townhome for 6 years, love it. Pro: Each unit has its own independent central AC system and basement, safe even for COVID-19 pandemic. (I have kids) Maintenance / repair are quick and chain of management is efficient Free Water (included in Rental) Right by Bruce Freeman Trail, I run every morning in the freshest air. Neighborhood are nice middle class family, lots well behaved kids Con: None
