I have used Acton Refrigeration for over 10 years. They came this morning to replace a system filter and look at our lack of heat on our 2nd floor. The technician quickly determined the thermostat was defective. Once again, thank you Acton Refrigeration!

I called them to have them fix my walk-in freezer, but I didn't know someone else in the company called before. Karen got so mad and was super rude to me. At the end of the day, we were trying to give you our business, why dump your frustration on possible customers like that? If your customer service is like this, I can just wonder how the rest of the company is. Don't worry I'm never going to call you again.

Simply put, Acton Refrigeration are the best in the business! From the owner Bruce, to Karen in the office and the techs you couldn't ask for a more honest, reliable and hardworking crew. They have never failed to provide stellar repairs in a timely manner for our country store in Westford. They are as honest as they come. I have been using them for years now and would highly recommend them!

Acton Refrigeration is the best!! We have been working with them for 25 years in our home for heating and central air conditioning. They are experts and totally honest and trustworthy!! If you have an emergency, they will be there to help you. I cannot say enough good things about them - I would give them 10 stars if I could!
