I have had the need to get medication filled for my cats at Acton Pharmacy. Today my Vet called them as an over excited kitten knocked his medication bottle to the ground breaking it. The pharmacist in the compounding area stayed late to make the medication. This is an example of going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for not only caring about people but also caring for our pets.
I have used Acton Pharmacy for the past 18 years and have always been impressed with the professionalism of Saad and his staff as well as the personal care they have given to me and my family. They always go the extra mile whether it is staying on top of insurance or getting prescriptions filled quickly.
I cant say enough about this place! I had to pick up a prescription on my way home from the hospital and was extremely exhausted. I was greeted as I walked through the door, one of the staff congratulated me on the birth of my son, I was given a bottle of water and a seat to relax while they were filling the script. This is the best pharmacy. Saad Dinno and his staff are always looking out for their clients. They research allergies with any new medicines, their record keeping is impeccable, they coordinate with your Doctors office as needed, they offer an unlimited amount of customer friendly services to better your pharmacy experience and lessening your stress. I am happy to be a client of Acton Pharmacy.
Excellent service and advice, I cannot recommend Acton Pharmacy highly enough. They've been able to fill prescriptions that other pharmacies, including mail order, cannot.
Snippy attitude from the pharmacist to the little old lady ringing up my prescription. Makes me think -what am I getting in my drugs.
