Tenant for 4 years, always paid on time and above market rent in the final months. At the end of the tenancy, the bond process became increasingly frustrating. Multiple revised invoices were issued, with new items continuing to be raised after vacate. Charges included minor cleaning, light globes that were working at the time of vacate, and maintenance items that appear to fall under normal upkeep.
