I lived in Acton Apartments for about 2 years and the apartment managers (Dale and Steve) did a great job in ensuring that the building is kept clean, lawns are mowed regularly and fire alarms are assessed monthly. Repair requests were resolved very quickly and any necessary information were communicated promptly. Giving a four star review as it is an old building, but regular building maintenance definitely made the experience worthwhile.
Dale and Steve are absolutely wonderful! The building inside and out is clean and well kept. It’s a safe place to live and a happy place to be apart of. Highly suggest making your move to the Acton Apartments!
I moved here in October and have not regretted it. The building is clean and management is super friendly and great to work with. Very happy to be part of this community!
I have been here for 2 years now and love it. The new management ( Dale and Steve )has made it that much better, and since here has made this building ( 40 Maria st) a much happier place and better looking building. Very clean open and bright, safe!
