I have been here for 2 years now and love it. The new management ( Dale and Steve )has made it that much better, and since here has made this building ( 40 Maria st) a much happier place and better looking building. Very clean open and bright, safe!
My husband and I moved into 40 Maria St almost 4 years ago. The current managers are the 4th since we have been here. Dale and Steve have really turned this place around. The building is clean again. When we need anything done, once the request is sent in, it’s taken care of within a reasonable time. It’s just much nicer having them around. They are both very friendly and so easy to talk to. Thank you
I have been in Acton 6yrs. Living In the Acton apartments. I have seen two superintendents come and leave. We are now on our third, thank you. The apartment building looks amazing and the new superintendents are easy to talk to they get things done. Thank you again great superintendents
I am very happy to say since new management (Dale & Steve) arrived there has been great improvement overall! Rapid and professional response to any maintenance issues and all other concerns. Cleaning, fire safety etc. is completed on a regular basis as well as great effort to improve the building to feel “homey” and aesthetically pleasing. Very personable, knowledgeable and approachable!
