Very good management with Dale and Steve. Safe, friendly community. Unit repairs are done efficiently and well. Major building upgrades and repairs have been done, outdoor communal space is lovely and it's a great location. Many thanks for contributing to a great living experience!
I lived in Acton Apartments for about 2 years and the apartment managers (Dale and Steve) did a great job in ensuring that the building is kept clean, lawns are mowed regularly and fire alarms are assessed monthly. Repair requests were resolved very quickly and any necessary information were communicated promptly. Giving a four star review as it is an old building, but regular building maintenance definitely made the experience worthwhile.
Dale and Steve are absolutely wonderful! The building inside and out is clean and well kept. It’s a safe place to live and a happy place to be apart of. Highly suggest making your move to the Acton Apartments!
