You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals that come in. My pup is extremely shy, and they work really hard to bring her out of her shell. They are very patient with her and they always try to make her feel as comfortable as possible. HIGHLY recommend!
We had a medical emergency with our 6 month old pug and were on our way to the emergency clinic when our baby started getting hives all over and showing sign of face was swelling more. We were close to Acton animal and called to see if they could look at her. They had us stop in and treated her as she was having an allergic reaction to what they believe was some sort of sting or bite. They are not our regular vet but were willing to help our little girl. We are very thankful and truly appreciate what they did for us.
