Employee monitoring company that hopes clients do not monitor them. Somehow we got put on a yearly plan, it was probably overlooked by one of our people, Went to cancel the plan. They will NOT let you cancel the plan. ActivTrak increases auto charges without approval under birchgrove. Their website certificate is invalid so the site does not work and is unsafe which is unprofessional and a security issue for any businesses using the software. They lack decent and general customer service.

There are many features you cannot explore in the demo, so we reached out to their support to make sure it would work with Active Directory Domain users. They promised it would work just fine. After taking over $1,700 for 20+ annual licenses we found it falls short of what was promised. After 'working' with support they basically gave us a 'work around' which meant we couldn't use the core features we wanted. We asked for a refund and they refused.
