Horrible customer service. You could age getting to service but sales line is fast Run!!!!
Do NOT use this company for your loved one's needs. Absolutely horrific and heartless service. This is the first time I am dealing with this company, and it has been a complete nightmare. They were incredibly quick to grab our prescription and get everything approved 20 ago. But when it came time to actually ship the incontinence supplies, their true colors showed. Ordering from ActivStyle has been an absolute pleasure. Some of the patients I order for are pleased with the quality of the product. They hardly change their orders, or complain. Peggy from Activstyle is amazing and it is so nice to work with her.
Just the advertising calling it a diaper, made it clear they can’t be a customer focused company. I don’t have the issue but the commercial is not compassionate.
