Ordering from ActivStyle has been an absolute pleasure. Some of the patients I order for are pleased with the quality of the product. They hardly change their orders, or complain. Peggy from Activstyle is amazing and it is so nice to work with her.
Just the advertising calling it a diaper, made it clear they can’t be a customer focused company. I don’t have the issue but the commercial is not compassionate.
Overall Great service! Products come promptly! Peggy is GREAT!
*Editing to update this review* An executive in the company called me. They said that they will get this issue taken care of. Original Review: We have been using this company for my disabled sister for over 4 years now and every time a new prescription is needed it takes 3-4 months and consistent calls to remind them of the urgency of this prescription for them to get the prescription properly completed.
