If I could give a 0 I would!!! This is just a brand not an actual company and they farm out their name as a franchise!!! They closed the NW division cause they FAILED to maintain standard and make sure this was up to their so called standards. When looking to get a refund all attempts to get money back are ignored and when you call the main office they tell you to bad try to get the money from the franchise owner!! Horrible company!!!

The NW ACTIVSTARS Franchise is independently owned and operated, and we, unfortunately, cannot directly manage the daily operations. The current ACTIVSTARS NORTHWEST franchise owner has not maintained the quality and service that we require and is in violation of several other terms of her franchise. Absolutely love! My daughter finished her 1st year with Coach Lauren. She is excellent, her team won 1st place at State. I mean, how freakin cool is that for the first year. There is so much patience, teamwork, personality building going on and not just a cheer. My daughter had the best time and we will be returning for the next semester.
Please be informed before you sign your child up for this program that you are not allowed to stay in the building, anywhere, while your child is in class. Therefore, you are left to sit in your hot car while your child is in class unless you live somewhere close. I spoke to the company about this policy and volunteered my time to have a meeting to discuss a better solution to this policy.
