I really was surprised by the added challenge and muscle recruitment I felt using the ActivMotion Bar! A great addition to my home gym! As a weight loss success story myself, I was even more impressed that the creator of this product had a weight loss success journey himself.

Not only is this piece of exercise equipment innovative, it is a great addition to my exercise arsenal of workout equipment. There are plenty of workout videos online as well as the ones you can download after purchasing the ActivMotion Bar. I am so impressed with the founder, Derek Mikulski and the other instructors in the workout videos. I have a 10 lb bar, and l will be receiving a 6 lb bar soon for my senior clients. I'm looking forward to many years of using the ActivMotion Bar!
