I injured my back while squatting. The first thing I did was call Courtney. She is AMAZING. She developed a plan, listened to how I felt, and made adjustments accordingly. As I slowly got back into lifting heavier weights, Courtney continued to check in and offer guidance. She gave me stretches to do at home and lifts to strengthen my lower back muscles. I am now 100% pain-free and I am SO THANKFUL.
