I cannot say enough good things about Active PT Rochester North location. I have been there twice in the last year and a half for two different issues. Getting an initial appointment and the scheduling of weekly appointments with text reminders is seamless. The staff at the front desk are so very welcoming and present for any questions. The Therapists I have worked with at ActuvePT have been wonderful in helping me with pain management before surgery. I will continue with them post-op.
Zach is amazing!!! I came in with jaw pain and unable to open my mouth to chew. Through dry needling and mobilization I am now able to. He was so knowledgeable – a genius and I’m so grateful. I can’t say enough good things about him.
Drew and Hunter were very good therapists. They are both very knowledgeable and wanted to help me. They listened to me about what my goals were. They started me with where I was at and progressed from there. They taught me some great exercises to help me with my knee arthritis. All of the staff at ActivePT were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this PT business.
