I placed order recently maybe few weeks ago and my order was shipped to wrong address even though I put correct address on order. (It wasn't company’s fault either.) I just knew that my order would be lost! I called the customer service number and the representative for company was very patient, reviewed issue and apologized. She resent order free of cost and it arrived sooner than expected! The herbs are amazing and I feel like I’m in a state of bliss. I highly suggest Active Herb! The upmost professionalism and excellent customer service!!! The website always makes reordering a breeze. My dog was diagnosed with HSA with 3 months to live and I swear by the Yunnan Baiyao which I give to her 2 times daily. I even was on a roadtrip for vacation and forgot it and Active Herb rushed and priority shipped it to me so I had it when I arrive in the next city!
