Fantastic community-driven workout space with great variety of instructors and classes. Personal favorite is rebound with Tracy, such a great class. You can feel her passion for training and how energized she is building community. Can't say enough great things!
I’m week 2 at this gym and I love it. Everyone is friendly, super welcoming and encouraging. I really enjoy Veronica’s Bootcamp and Strength Training classes. The sweat is so good!
Active7 has been such an amazing gym experience for me. I started working with Veronica and take her lower body, upper body, full body strength, and boot camp classes, along with personal training—and she is absolutely incredible. Active 7 has been the best thing to happen to me this year. I had lost my desire to work out at 24 and was really searching for something different. I came across their IG thanks to friends, showed up to a class with no idea what to expect, and ended up having an absolute blast. I was sore the next day—in the best way—and went back again. Since August, I’ve been going consistently. This place is faith, community, and wellness all in one. It’s not just a gym. It’s something special.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I love rebound and vibe fitness with Tracy. She’s very kind and sweet and there’s no pushing here, work at your own pace. Veronica’s body weights class is also 100!
