Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I love rebound and vibe fitness with Tracy. She’s very kind and sweet and there’s no pushing here, work at your own pace. Veronica’s body weights class is also 100!
This class is so much fun it’s called rebound. I definitely recommend it! Tracy is such a fun teacher and so inspiring. She’s very sweet and caring. I definitely would give it a try if you’ve never been here or bring a friend with you.!!! You don’t have to pay a membership it’s just each class, which is really nice ✅ She also does worship classes, which I know is super hard to find. All the classes are posted on milkshake on on the instagram @active7fitness ☺️
Love this place, the environment and all the trainers make you feel welcome. I do boot camp with Veronica and she is my personal trainer as well. Veronica is awesome Alway’s taking personal time to call you and making sure you’re good . giving ideas on meal prepping cheering you on all the time
Active 7 is a Clean , Warm & Friendly Gym.. Veronica Espinoza who trains at the Gym is an Amazing Trainer & Truly an Amazing Woman!! I’ve never felt more Welcome & seen walking in to a Gym. She’s Always there with Encouraging Words & Support. Her Pumped up Attitude even at 4:30 am is Infectious!! Veronica at Active 7 fitness is amazing. In Such a short time, it’s been a transformative experience for my fitness journey. The community here is Incredibly welcoming, Positive vibes always.
