Active 7 has completely changed the game for me when it comes to my fitness journey. The instructors at Active7 are ALL awesome. Tracy, Veronica and Monique are the friendliest and most welcoming trainers. They make you feel like you belong the minute you walk in. The strength training and rebound classes are awesome. Love Tracy's themed rebound classes, which make it more fun. I am very happy to have found this studio after not going to a gym since Covid.
My new favorite place to workout. I’m always open to new forms of working out due to injury and keeping me motivated with working out. I started rebounding here a couple of months ago and it has been such a fun addition to my workout regiment. The owner is the sweetest ball of energy. I have been wanting to go back to exercising and the gyms around this area are either too expensive or too crowded at the times I like to work out. I was so happy to find this studio because you pay per class and the prices are reasonable. I went to my first rebound class about 2 weeks ago and fell in love. It is challenging but I love how everyone supports each other. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It is a fun way to workout and distress. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something new in their life.
