Brilliant physio, highly recommend
After suffering from an injury for the past 3 years and I have tried everything to fix my hip myself.. I was at wits end, to the point it started to affect my mental health. Walking and sitting became painful, along with reoccurring injuries. It was really taking it toll on me. I was recommended to go see Richard. At first, I was nervous. I've been here many times and Richard always does a fantastic job. I'm a happy customer everytime. Been again today 10\6\24, went for a bad shoulder with reduced mobility. He worked through everything methodically and did a superb job of it. I have gained back the range of motion I had lost and there is no pain or restrictions in the joint. A bit achy from the work done on it but nothing terribly bothersome.
