After years trying to find help , this place is simply the best. I am so happy with my results. Going up and down the steps like a pro. The greatest skilled staff. Laid back and peaceful space. One stop shopping for pain relief.

I had been in level 10 pain for 3 years...I tried accupuncture...stretch zone...pt...ot ....pilates....pain management...yoga....shots in my back. I have scoliosis...sciatica...compression fracturesand neuopathy....after a few months at active...I am pain free!!!!!I am still working on my balance and stamina.....thank you Dr. Phillips nick and tyrek...a dynamic. trio...I highly recommend this facility...they are caring...compassionate and healing.....I am grateful that I found them!!!!!
