Lisa, Sue and all of the staff at Active Running are knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lisa has been treating me as a physiotherapist for years and her passion for running and movement never cease to amaze me. Their extensive selection of running gear is another reason to go see them!
Best option for active wear and outdoor gear… highly recommend! I buy all my shoes and running gear there and I have never been disappointed (all top brands and high quality). Customer service is amazing with no issues on exchanges and support.

I've had issues with my feet for years and have to wear orthotics, which makes finding shoes/boots that fit comfortably more difficult. I wanted light weight, waterproof walking boots for the winter and decided to visit Active Running. Lisa and Sue went above and beyond to find a solution. At the end of a 1 1/2 hour "walk-in" visit, I walked away with the perfect boot and fit. Their expertise and friendly customer service is 100%+.
